So Long, Imagination…

I recently heard that our public school systems were slowly changing history as we know it. I learned that in multiple states our kids are getting different versions of the history we learned in school.

For example, in Texas our kids are being taught that the Boston Tea Party was an act of terror. REALLY?! Terror?! You can read more about that here from The Blaze.

I also recently learned that all creativity and imagination will be gradually drained from our kids as the public education system removes all fiction literature and replaces it with non-fiction guide books such as Recommended Levels of Insulation by the US Environmental Protection Agency. Wow! I know our kids will be ecstatic to read this.

If the point is to make people stop reading and researching for themselves and only believe what others tell them, then congratulations! Our gov’t is doing a stand-up job of making this happen. Replacing interesting literature in our English classes with boring manuals on insulation and invasive plants will not encourage kids to read. It will encourage them to listen and do what others tell them. I mean, I wouldn’t want to read those type of instructional manuals. Would you?

You can read more about this here at the Telegraph.

Have I mentioned Agenda 21? You need to know what this is. You should also read this book. You can read about it here.

What Happened to One Nation Under God?

Israel, Gaza

If you are a true Christian, you cannot support Anit-Semitism.

What does Anti-Semitism mean exactly? It is the prejudice, discrimination, and hatred of Jews as a national, ethnic, religious, or racial group.

Would you say if someone continually surrounded themselves with proud Anti-Semites that one would also be an Anti-Semite?

This website lists a lot of men who are powerful influences on our President. Find it here.

  • Obama urged people to open up their hearts and minds to Derrick Bell (known for making Anti-Semitic comments), it was another case of him “cozying up” to an Anti-Semite. Bell argued that Jews help blacks so they themselves won’t become the target of bigotry.
  • Obama’s Co-Chair of the 2008 campaign was Merrill McPeak. This guy said publicly that American Jews are the “problem impeding a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
  • Obama looked to Al Sharpton for help answering public criticism in the black community over the economic policy. Sharpton helped fan the flames of the Crown Heights Pogrom and was a leader of the anti-Jewish protest that led to the firebombing of the Jewish-owned Freddy’s Fashion Mart. Sharpton called Freddy’s Fashion Mart’s Jewish owners “bloodsuckers” and “white interlopers,” leading protesters to shout, “We’re going to burn and loot the Jews.” Just a short time later, they got their wish: the store was firebombed and eight people died. http://www.breitbart.com
  • Obama’s pastor for over 20 years, Jeremiah Wright, announced earlier in 2012, his support for the Anti-Semtic “March to Jerusalem” the end of March. The White House has refused comment.
  • Obama once called Zbigniew Brzezinski “someone I have learned an immense amount from” and “one of our most outstanding scholars and thinkers.” The former National Security Adviser to Jimmy Carter, Brzezinski is famous for helping to create the Taliban and is a Judeophobic conspiracy theorist who believes the Jews control U.S foreign policy and Congress. http://www.breitbart.com
  • Obama had assistance with his Harvard ambitions from Khalid al-Mansour of the antisemitic Nation of Islam
  • John Podesta, who is now head of the Center for American Progress (CAP). Both CAP and its “child” organization, Media Matters for America (MMfA), have been cited by the Simon Wiesenthal Center for promoting the antisemitic meme that Jews are not loyal to America. http://www.breitbart.com

These are the kind of peeps Obama has spent his life surrounded by, seeking counsel from, and learning from.

It appears that America is in trouble right along with Israel.  What do you think?

Why Israel?

What’s the big deal about Israel? I know a lot of my generation do not understand the importance of Israel. I also know that many conservatives have given up on ever receiving the support of the 20somethings/early-30somethings again. Well, I’m not accepting that. I want to educate you on the importance of Israel, and why if you call yourself a Christian, you better get behind them.

I found these great reasons from CFOIC Heartland’s website here.

  1. God says He will bless those who bless Israel. The opposite is also true. Those who do not stand for Israel will be destroyed. Ever wondered why no equivalent to the USA is mentioned in the Bible? Maybe it’s because we are the ultimate betrayers of Israel and thus, we are destroyed. Read Genesis 12:3 and Isaiah 60:12.
  2. We owe them a debt for the blessings we have received through them. The Promise, The Covenant and JESUS!! Read Romans 9:4-5 and Romans 15:27
  3. God’s gift and call on Israel have not been revoked. The eternal Covenant that God made with Abraham still exists. Read Romans 11:28.
  4. God has promised to bring them back to their land. Read Amos 8:14-15, Ezekiel 37:21-22. The regathering of Israel is prophesied in Ezekiel, Isaiah, Deuteronomy, Amos, Hosea, Jeremiah, by Jesus in Luke 21:24, by Paul in Romans 11 and is a key condition to the full flowering of the Messianic age (Genesis 35:11).
  5. The times of the Gentiles are almost fulfilled. Jesus prophesied that Jerusalem would be overthrown by the Romans. In 70 AD it happened. In 1967, Israel regained control of Jerusalem for the first time since 70AD. Read Luke 21:24-28.
  6. We are to “Comfort God’s People.” It is our divine mandate to help them fulfill their unique call. Reach Isaiah 40 and Isaiah 49:22-23.
  7. We must make reparation for Anti-Semitic teachings and acts. The Church has not replaced Israel. We have a duty to squash this false doctrine.

God Bless America as we continue to Bless Israel.

Hello Blog World

  • Do you ever feel like you don’t belong here?
  • Do you ever wonder how you got to the place your at and what actually brought you here?
  • Do you ever look around and think, “How did WE, America, collectively get here?”

I think about these things all the time. I look around my life and notice how different things are now, compared to when I was young….and, that wasn’t very long ago. I just turned 30 this year. It is amazing to me how fast society is changing. I grew up in a nontraditional home. My parents were high school sweethearts, and today, almost 40 years later, they are still married and madly in love. So, yes. I label them as nontraditional in today’s society. Isn’t that sad?

I created this blog in hopes of sharing a little truth with the world….not normalcy, but TRUTH. In today’s society, normal or accepted often equates to truth. Have you ever stopped to consider how detrimental that mentality is? It’s like the old gossip scenario, where you start with a fact and by the time it gets around the circle only a fraction of that fact remains. That is our society. The more we accept things and behaviors, the more they be come normal to us. The more normal something is, the more we invest in that thing or behavior…..It essentially becomes a fact or truth just because it is normal. Just because everyone accepts it.

This is sad, blog world. Wouldn’t you agree? If you do, stick around. If you don’t, stick around. I’m always intrigued by why people believe the way they do about certain things. I’m not a judgmental person. I’m curious, and I want to hear the whys and why-nots of the beliefs you base your truth upon.
